Information practices

Privacy

How we handle the information you share with us through this website. We have written this in plain language; we will be precise where precision matters.

Scope

This notice applies to the public pages of nyrahealth.org — the homepage, the contact form, this notice, our terms of use, and our accessibility statement. Authenticated areas of the platform are governed separately under the terms agreed with each client.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, your email address, your organisation, and the message you write. We do not collect any other personal information about you from your visit.

Standard server logs may record the date and time of a request, the requested URL, the response status, and a truncated IP address. These logs are kept for a short period strictly to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, advertising, or analytics.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your message is delivered to our team via two service providers acting as data processors on our behalf: Resend (for transactional email delivery) and Hostinger (for the company inbox where your message arrives). Both providers process your data only to deliver and store the message.

Cookies and tracking

The public pages of this site do not set tracking cookies and do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The authenticated areas use a single session cookie strictly to keep you signed in.

Data security

All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. We restrict internal access to inbound messages on a need-to-know basis and review our information-handling practices periodically.

No system can be made absolutely secure. If you become aware of a vulnerability or a possible incident, please tell us through the contact form so we can investigate.

How long we keep it

We retain the contents of contact-form messages only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, and to meet record-keeping obligations that may apply to us.

Your rights

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have shared with us, the right to restrict or object to certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the equivalent in your country of residence).

To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact form. We will respond within the time frame required by the applicable law.

Children

This site is intended for professional and adult use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
